The Beauty Insider Giftcard sent by Sephora is Void at Checkout.

I attempted to purchase items tonight using the Beauty Insider Giftcard that was mailed to me. I entered the code and pin and it showed that $15 was on it, however, after I pushed "Place Order" a warning came up that said that the card is Void containing $0.00 so my order did not go through. Please advise on how to remedy this promptly. I can see on your Facebook wall that I'm not the only person with a problem using this giftcard at checkout. All the items in my cart are not available at any of my local stores, so I need to purchase them online. Hope you can fix this before they sell out or before the promotion ends. Thanks in advance.

I called yesterday and was put on hold for a long time so instead, I messaged your Sephora Facebook page and received a quick response that essentially said that the $15 was put back on my reward card. However, when I went online to checkout, I got the same warning that said my card was unauthorized for use. And now once again my card is showing up as having $0.00 on it. I have not used it yet, this is so frustrating. I've never had an issue with your holiday reward cards as not working. I've been a BI since '07 and a VIB since'09-'11. In past years I've always created carts and input the rewards card multiple times before finalizing an order without this happening. It really does seem like there is a wide problem with defective rewards cards for BI's I've seen numerous complaints on your Facebook wall about this. I hope you have people trying to get this sorted out, this is one of your biggest perks to your Beauty Insiders after all.
