Still having issues hitting Rouge...
I've called Customer Service several times but they still have not been able to help me. I have hit Rouge and yet my account says I have to spend $173 to hit rouge. I understand that online orders take time to update but that amount isn't even correct; if anything it should say $43. Please help!

I wish I had an answer. I'm looking around the forums for advice about this myself. I called regular customer service about never getting any promo emails and noticed that my "$ until Rouge" amount hasn't changed despite a purchase last weekend.
The CS agent told me it can take 10 days? That seems a bit odd for an in-store purchase.
