So frustrated!

So I placed an order on September 23 and STILL haven't received it!  I called customer "service" who said give it two more days and then call.  Really Sephora?  Very disappointing!!!!

Would you believe it?  I still have not gotten a shipment!!!!!  What is with this treatment Sephora?
