Shopping List Issues

When the website first migrated, my shopping list showed a bunch of old items from at least a month ago. Then, after the webmasters updated the site again (some time last weekend?), my shopping list disappeared altogether. Nothing shows up when I try to add new items either.
Please help! I posted my concerns under another thread earlier in the week, but it was blatantly ignored.

I've also been having the same problem for quite some time now! nothing i had or recently added is ever on my shopping list. It just keeps disappearing, telling me that there's nothing on my list.

I've had the same issue since the new site launched. I guess the problem has been submitted to Sephora IT but it shouldn't take almost a month for this issue to be resolved. I'm starting to get frustrated.

I totally agree. Sephora IT really needs to step up their game. It shouldn't take an entire month to resolve this?!?
My shopping list is still not working. On top of that, I never receive any Sephora emails. I've brought this issue up numerous times. It claims to be "resolved", yet I continue to miss out on special offers and discounts.
I consider myself a faithful and frequent shopper at Sephora. I'm beginning to think I should take my business elsewhere.

I'm wondering about this to? is this something that can be fixxed or is it a site wide issue. I really miss having a list to keep things in.

Our issues with the shopping lists have been resolved and you should be okay to add the items back into your shopping list now. Please message any of us if you are still experiencing any difficulties!

yep still a no go nothing is showing up or staying in the shopping list.

Hey there,
Are you still having the same problem? I have contacted web support about it twice, to no avail. I can never seem to add any items to the shopping list or have any of my older items show up. I've had this problem since they changed the website format.

I noticed this is the second time items in my Shopping List have "disappeared". Is this a glitch that Sephora.com is currently working on? It has become rather bothersome to have to keep going back and re-adding only to have it gone again.
