Shipping Delays Canadian Warehouse

Hi,

I have had some really inconsistent experiences with shipping in the last few weeks.  Sometimes, my order is packed and shipped out right away.  Other times, it either doesn't get packed for days, or the box sits at the warehouse for days.  I am currently waiting after an order that has been sitting at the warehouse since Sunday night. It has a tracking number, however, the package has not yet reached the post office.  I would assume that packages are picked up by Canada post at least once a day.  It has been 48 hours.  Can someone please look into it for me?  Thank You.
