Hi, I answered a Sephora "Survey" and am supposed to get 100 points added to my account. It has not been added yet and wondering what I should do?? T.Q.

Hey, barging into this thread because it seems most relevant. does anyone know how we are able to access Sephora's feedback page? wanted to talk/enquire about an experience i had.

I know they have it on the receipts (?) but i haven't got it—i found the medallia site through google but is it only meant for online feedback?
