Last year I was shopping in the Sephora store in Louisville. One item I had bought was a nail polish. When I got home I didn't find it in my bag even though it had been rang up. I had assumed the lady who rang me up forgot to put it in my bag. I had called the store and they said I could get the item, which I did the following week.
Fast forward to today, I was cleaning out my car and discovered the nail polish bottle. It apparently had fallen out of the bag and I didn't find it the first time.
I hate to just keep it since I didn't pay for two bottles. It's a color that's still sold in stores. Since I had bought it in Louisville, do I have to go to that store or can I take it to any store (I normally shop in the freestanding store in Greenwood, IN)?
