Received Wrong Item in package

Hi, I'm a first time Sephora shopper, but I have an issue already. I ordered the HudaBeauty Scarlett lashes and my free birthday gift, but even though the shipping box has my name on it, the item inside and receipt inside are for someone else's order entirely! No lashes, no birthday gift, it's a Make Up For Ever Mist & Fix O2 instead. What do I do? 😞
