Problems with order on new site
I recently placed an order online. I picked out 3 free samples and used the promo code for the free Lucky Magazine subscription. I reviewed my order and the samples and the magazine were in my cart. After the order was processed, I noticed that the samples and the magazine were listed on my order. I immediately contacted Customer Service through your email. After not receiving a response 4 days, I emailed again. Finally yesterday I received a response that basically said it was a user error (my fault) and nothing could be done. The email went on to explain how to add samples to my cart. I have been shopping at Sephora.com for years, so I know how to add samples to my cart and that that this was not an error on my part but an issue with your new site. I responded to the email but have yet to get a response. This is very frustrating and very disappointing. I hope you work out your issues with your site and with your customer service because I do feel that this is unacceptable.
