Paid on Sephora app with Apple Pay, card charged, but no order confirmation?

I used Apple Pay to checkout and pay on the Sephora app but I didn't get an order confirmation email and my cart is still full of the same items. My wallet app shows that the transaction was made and that the card was charged. I noticed this happened to others but I am still worried and don't know how to proceed. Please help.

This happened to me just now and I am so frustrated!!! What was the solution the Sephora gave you?
