PLAY! by SEPHORA Updates

This thread was created to update PLAY! by SEPHORA subscribers on changes and updates to our PLAY! program as they come. Check the updates below to stay in the know!

 

Update as of 1/3/17: We are so sorry but it has come to our attention that there is an error in the customer service line number printed in a small number of emails sent to subscribers in connection our PLAY! boxes. The correct number should be 844-PLAY-HLP. The emails say the number starts with 877. That is not right and it mistakenly rings through to an unaffiliated third party that offers promotions entirely unrelated to Sephora. Huge apologies if you tried to reach us on this incorrect number. We are available via customerservice@sephora.com or 844-PLAY-HLP to assist you. Our hours are Monday–Friday 6am–9pm PT and Saturday & Sunday 8am–5pm PT. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that our regular Sephora customer service number has not changed, it is still 877-SEPHORA.
