Order status "In Progress" for 5 days

Hi!

 

I placed an order of $500+ worth of items 5 days ago, on Tuesday 5/15/17.  It is now Saturday 5/20/17 and my order has not been shipped, and the order status shows as "In Progress." 

 

I've never experienced this before with any of my Sephora orders.  My credit card has been charged already.  Does anyone know what is going on?
