Order "In Progress" For a Week

Hello!

 

I placed my order on the 22nd. I realized a delay was likely due to the sale, but it's been a week with no ship/track notification. I need to be moved out of my current place by the end of next week. If I had known I'd run the risk of not getting my order before I had to leave, I'm not sure I would've placed it.
