Order problems?

I sent an email, but it usually takes a couple days and this situation is stressing me out.
When my order was placed, money was taken off my Visa, it was quite noticeable, but now it seems like money was put back on to my Visa, but I received an email from Sephora telling me my order has been shipped. The side bar of recent orders says NO_RECENT_ACTIONS under status yet when I go to Orders and retype my password, it tells me "Shipped and Paid." Nothing has shown up on my online statement for my Visa and I don't know what's going on. Also, my tracking number does not work, it just brings me to a broken link on the Sephora site. I just want to know what's going on - if my card was rejected, or my order was refunded for some reason.
