Order just shipped after 1 week of ordering, seleced 2 day shipping? WHY ...

Can some translate 2 day shipping for me? I ordered last Thursday and just got a note that they shipped today. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....I am out of the country as of yesterday...anyone can pick up my order...the question is who should pay of it....hint $800 Order
