Nine different orders w different items canceled in June so far! 😧

Yes, it's true. When I order, items are instock.  By the time my order is processed, out of stock. I can understand warehouse upgrade issues, but this is totally unacceptable. Someone has failed in a big way. Not sure if it's the site's software or inventory control, but PLEASE fix these issues.

@ClassicallyFab I was trying to get more colors of the Formula X nail polish. I realize they are on sale and the supply goes quickly, but, good inventory control plus good programming would ensure that the amounts available online are accurate. This is not the case. If an item shows as being in stock, it should actually be in stock.

The problem is that it "appears" in stock, but a day or two after you placed the order, it is cancelled due to being "out of stock". I'm now nearing 15 cancelled orders this month.

I'M IN THE SAME BOAT!!  I have 29 cancelled orders with about 10 more orders from this morning about to become cancelled as well!!
