New VIB Card, but it says I have 0 points when my old Beauty Insider Card had well over 500. Help!
Hello, I just got a new VIB card after my last purchase at a Sephora store, but now none my points are merging with my new VIB card. My VIB card is saying I have 0 points, when I know I have been saving well over 500 or so points on my old Beauty Insider card. The lady at the Sephora store had trouble locating any of the emails I gave her in the system and I am concerned because I do not remember which (old) email account I must have used when I was younger when I first registered for my Beauty Insider card. I have been accumulating points for years and I would really hate to have all those points go away just because I was switched to a VIB. Please help!
