I redeemed 100 beauty insider points, but now I have a negative balance? I didn't even return anything! I've had a negative balance before when I didn't return anything, but that was only -4 points. Now it's -61 points. Help please?

This happened to me today! I exchanged stuff and I asked what my point balance was and the girl said I was negative because of the exchange. My friend literally went right after me and she was asked which of the three free samples she wanted. This has never happened to me before and one of the managers told me that returns wouldn't count against my points. What now?
