Missing a Purchase on BI Account
So I made a purchase in store (Santa Monica) at the end of April. I purchased one skincare item on my card, and then I purchased two Urban Decay 24-7 eyeliner pencils with cash. I told the cashier my e-mail since I didn't have my BI card on me. She entered it for the first purchase using the card, but for the cash purchase she told me that she remembered the e-mail and that I did not have to repeat it. However, on my BI points/account, only the purchase made on the card is showing up. So I am missing ~$38 towards VIB status and the points. I no longer have the receipt, is there anything I can do?
