Missing Item from online order

So unhappy and dissapointed. The first  time for me placing an order online with sephora and im missing an item that i bought for my daughter that will be traveling out of state i even paid the $10 extra for the 2 day shipping just so i can get it on time and give it to her as a gift. How soon can i get the item replaced
