Missing 250 Point Gift

This past week I ordered from Sephora and added in a 250 point gift (the Ole Henriksen one) but when I received my package, everything but the gift was in there 😞 Is there any way I can get my points back so I can add it into my next order? Quite disappointed as this is not the first time a gift or sample has been missing from my order. If needed, my order number was
