MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET FOR 4 DAYS

I placed an order 4 days ago, but it hasn't shipped yet! I wonder what's happening, and when can I receive my order?? It's a gift for my mom, so please help me ! Thanks !

I'm so sorry to hear that! Due to the high volume of orders placed during our recent Spring Promotion, all orders may be delayed an additional 2-4 business days. This was also called out on our website. I'll take a look into this for you and send you a pm shortly. 🙂
