Lost me as a customer
Lost me as a customer. I\'ve been a VIB customer for years, making more purchases than I can count. Delivered my last purchase to someone else\'s address, and failed to respond to three emails about it. Finally got someone on the phone who lectured me and told me I was getting a one time favor to reship the items I ordered and paid for. An ULTA store was just opened here, I\'m switching.

How funny that the same thing happened to me last week...my package was going to the wrong address, so I called and told them HEY STOP SHIP Wrong ADDRESS! (I have no idea where they came up with the ship address they had for me on my email…
I wasn’t emailed or called to let me know. I called and asked for a manager, well there was not a manager there I was told?? Really..Unbelievable, so they are not managed? I highly doubt that.
This is called a squeeze balloon effect; meaning, Sephora is awesome at product returns, and awful customer service. Squeeze the balloon one side is big and full, while the other side is poor and lifeless…like sephora’s customer service
I was told when I called sat the 12 of may 2012 that I would get a call back asap, NOPE never did. I spent over 200 dollars on that order. Now, I buy at ULTA!!! Incredible customer service!
Sephora has gone downhill within last year, not happy with them at all. It takes one unhappy customer to have a domino effect ..
