I'm so sorry to hear you didn't receive your Sephora package and thank you for bringing this to our attention! Additionally, I'm glad that one of our Call Center representatives was able to resolve the issue for you. If you do plan on placing any future online orders, I may suggest signing up for UPS My Choice. UPS My Choice allows you to conveniently manage all of your home deliveries and signing up is easy! Simply,
•     Click on the Customer Service link at the bottom of the Sephora.com home page
•     On the left of the screen, click Track and Manage Deliveries
•     Click “Sign up for UPS My Choice”
•     You will then be taken to UPS.com where you will click “Get Started” to register for the program
•     From there, you will be prompted to create a user ID and password, enter delivery information, and verify your identity


Once you have registered for UPS My Choice, you can:
•     Receive delivery alerts
•     Receive approximate delivery times
•     Authorize shipment release
•     Hold packages for will call
•     Deliver to a UPS Retail Location
•     Reschedule delivery

•     Deliver to another address
