I recently came across the Light Up at Sephora store event. It is the latest event to be posted. I read the entire description about the event, which it DID NOT specify that it was only at certain stores, it simply said, call the nearest store for event times and dates. Well when I call the nearest store, which I have been having a few issues with, I was told that "Brightening is our focus in the store right now, but we're not having any type of event "
In my opinion, the event sounded like more of an informative product for particular individuals, plus a little attention and brightening samples for customers.
I really don't want to say that the more no., no, no we don't participate in any of the events I call about, the more I don't want to work with Sephora, until, as a VIB, I feel as though I am valued as a VIB. I have spent a lot of money since April, taking less than a month to reach VIB Status.
As well, the consultant that let me know they weren't participating in the Brightening Event, told me there were going to be four VIB Events in August, however, she spoke so fast, I didn't get a chance to jot anything down. I was truly frustrated by that time anyway. I mentioned that I don't always receive the VIB Emails, and she responded by saying "Yes you will " as if she knew I would. Could you please send me a private message letting me know what August's VIB promos will be?
I truly hope that someone values my business, and let's me know if the Brightening Event was going on in all stores, or if this was just another day I missed out on.
