I purchased a NARS contour powder two weeks ago and I briefly mentioned to the the SA to use my VIB renewal 10% off but I realized it wasn't applied when I got home. Since I haven't had time to go to store to correct it, I would like to know if it's possible to get it done online.

Unfortunately, if it was purchased in a store, you do have to reach out to the store directly for assistance. We are unable to correct errors made on their behalf. I apologize for the inconvenience!
