In Progress

I placed three separate orders on April 24, 2017. 2/3 of the orders have already shipped, and I already received one of them. However the second order that I placed is still "In progress." Flash shipping shouldn't be affected so what's the cause of the delay? Last time this happened during the VIB sale my order was cancelled for no reason, and some of the products I tried to purchase were sold out. I'm worried that it's going to happen again.

Thanks for reaching out to us! With the high volume of orders being placed during our Spring Sale, orders may experience an additional 2-4 business day delay, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Once your order has been completed you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

 

Additionally, if an item is cancelled from your order due to it being out of stock, you will receive an email stating so and will not be charged for the out of stock item. We hope this clarifies things for you!

I know that I won't be charged for an out of stock item, because I was, that would be stealing. What I'm concerned about is my ordering being cancelled for no reason, like it was last year. 

 

During the winter VIB sale last year, an order I place was cancelled for no reason (according to customer service it was a mistake on your end) by the time I was notified, some of the items were out of stock and I was unable to re-purchase the items with the discount. 

 

I don't want that to happen again. Also it specifically states that standard shipping will be delayed and flash shipping will not be affected. That also doesn't explain why I already received an order that I place after this one.
