I received an e-mail saying my order shipped but I didn't order anything

I just received an e-mail from Sephora USA Inc saying my order has shipped, but I did not order anything. 

I came here because it says the item is "Hall of Famer - Complete Kit."

I haven't posted here in ages, so I'm not sure how I would have received anything from BT, but my address is in the e-mail, so if this is a hack, I would like to know, considering they apparently have my home address.

I got the same email. I'm really confused. I didn't order today, but shipments never come via FedEx that I know of.

I got this same email, but it's being sent to an old mailing address in NC, I've moved to FL recently. Is there any way it could be sent to the correct address? Thanks in advance.

Wait... the tracking link is real. It took me to fedex and apparently I have a package coming next week. Also I googled the email address and stuff comes up that doesnt seem sketchy.

maybe sephora parnered with a third party to send out gifts?

I got one too, I'm not worried that I accidentally ordered something. I figure it's a present from Sephora and I'm thrilled to bits about it 😄

I got this too and im terrified as my real address was there too. Here is the email it came from. I dont even know what to do.

Ok, CS wasn't helpful at all. I was told the order number isn't a valid order number because Sephora only uses numbers and this one also includes letters.

I asked how this e-mail received my information and why it's coming from Sephora, and they told me they weren't sure but to talk to my credit card holder.

My credit card has not been charged, so I don't know what's going on.

I didn't click the link in the e-mail, but I went to fedex's tracking and typed in the tracking number from the e-mail, and it says a package is on it's way to my city.

That's the same e-mail that sent mine. I'm calling CS right now to see if they can help or explain.
