I ordered an item and it hasn't shipped yet.

I ordered a couple of things on the weekend and it still has not shipped. I always get my items shipped the same day or the next day at the latest. Can I get an update?

I had the same issue, only I placed my order over a week ago. I am getting increasingly frustrated with Sephora's false promise of 2 day shipping.
