I'm nott getting email.

I have made sure I'm signed up they aren't in my spam folder. I get all my order confirmations but none of the VIB emails. I also never received my Welcome email or the 10% off can you help me?

I also have the same problem, but I haven't figured out how to fix it yet and it's been wayyy too long!

I've changed my email a few times and I'm still not getting any emails...  I've called and checked my spam and made sure my subscribe box was checked but nothing seems to work! I miss my emails.

I'm having the same problem -- haven't been receiving Sephora emails for the past few months (at least). I recently had to update my account and re-subscribe to emails, but this has not fixed the problem. The emails are not in my spam folder either. I just updated my email address per the suggestion earlier in this thread but do not know if this fixes the problem (haven't received any Sephora emails yet). Please help! I am a VIB, and heard that the VIB event begins tomorrow, however I do not have any info on it due to this email problem. Thanks, Lisa

I am having the same issue. I am not getting my VIB emails. I learn about the offers generally from comments on Facebook.

Are you a new VIB? If so then I think it takes a few days until you get the welcome email and the 10% off! I became a VIB a few days ago (according to sephora's website). However, I recieved my welcome email and the 10% off just today!

this happened to me! i called multiple times and i believe they had changed my status from 'do not receive email offers' to 'receive email offers' each time. it never worked.

the only way i fixed this issue was by logging into my account and changing my email address. now i am getting all of my emails again! HTH!

Sadly I'm having the same issue. I had it "fixed" a few weeks ago and they said I should be getting them within 10 days but its been 13 and people are talking about the new offers on their Facebook page.
