How do I check my BeautyInsider points online if I signed up in the store?

So I signed up for the BeautyInsider in store and they gave me a card that had a barcode and 14 digits on the back. I want to know exactly how many points I have now online but I don't know what my password is. I entered my email address (the same one I used to sign up) and clicked "forgot password" but it said error with the email combination. I know I should have almost have100-200 points on my account so I don't want risk signing up again :smileysad: What should I do? Thanks! ~Carmen
