Hi, one item I purchased is not showing up in my purchase history.

I purchased an amazing cosmetic concealer last week and it's not showing up in my purchase history, but a purchase I made a few days later is.

I am having the same issue. Two of the four items I bought in the store showed up in my Beauty Insider account purchases immediately. I went back to the local Sephora I shop at two days later, and bought 2 more items which; also showed up in my account immediately as well. I called the Sephora customer service line, and they said the Computer department would call me back to fix my account issues, because they could not help with technical issues. They verified my phone number, and hung up. It's been 2 days since I spoke with a representative and still have not received a phone call to resolve this issue. How do I get this issue resolved and how is this affecting my Beauty Insider points?
