HELP!! received tracking number, but can't track?!

Hi,

I have a question about tracking my order. I placed it 11 days ago, the next day received my tracking information. However, when I go to "my account", "oders" and click on the tracking number, the page leads me nowehere. I'm in Canada and am not sure why this is happening.

Also, on my invoice, there was no cost for duty, which I don't understand either, if it has already shipped.

Can you tell me where my order is?  I've ordered from tons of stores in the past and usually receive (even through border free) in less than a week.  Wishing I'd gone to the store.

@MouDg Your order arrived at our border facility yesterday.  Once it processes and ships from there, you will receive another email with the Canada Post tracking information.

I placed my order on the 10th and still haven't received my package, nor gotten a tracking number from Canada post.

Are you by chance in Canada? If so the tracking that you got was actually just for our purposes, as your package reached our boarder facility. It typically takes 7-10 business days for a package to get to our Canadian clients. Once it leaves you will receive an email from Canada Post with your official tracking number.

wow after reading all of this i really regret ordering anything off the website.  i will be highly disappointed if i dont recieve my package before my birthday (April 12th)

I placed my order on Febuary 12th and haven't been able to track my package. It says the number doesnt exist. My tracking number is 369197850 and im wodering what day it will come in...

My order number also redirects me ... Canadian order.. And the traking number takes me nowhere .. . Helppp!

In reviewing your account, your order is on its way to our border facility (Borderfree). Once the order has finished processing you will be emailed a Canada Post tracking number. Sorry for the confusion!

Same problem, it's already been 8 days since I've placed the order and I have yet to receive any tracking information from Canada Post.

I had to edit your post since it contained your personal order number! In reviewing our records your order is currently processing at our border facility (Borderfree). Once the order finishes process you will receive a Canada Post tracking number. Thank you.

Hi, also wondering about my order. As it has been 8 business days since I recieved confirmation it had shipped. Like others the tracking info does not work and I have not recieved any notice from BorderFree.

My tracking number gives me an error page too! Can you let me know if my package has made it to the border yet?
