Got the wrong product in store
I went into a Sephora store today to get the Murad exfoliating AHA/BHA cleanser and a store employee helped me locate it. She grabbed one from behind the sampler for the one I wanted and I didn't think to make sure it was the right product. She gave me the age reform refreshing cleanser. I don't have a car so I can't get to the mall for a few months.. can I exchange it online?

Since the purchase was made in-store, you would need to go back to your local Sephora to either exchange or return the product. The store system is different than our online one . I would suggest giving them a call to make arrangements directly with them. Their contact information is listed on the top of your receipt
