Email settings keep getting reset

Hi, since the new site my email subscriptions (to all offers and subscribed) keep getting reset to unsubscribe. I use each update button separately and do a page reload afterwards to check they applied. However a day or 2 later when I open it again both have returned to unsubscribe. I've gotten 1 in stock email since this started and not even order or shipping confirmations which really shouldn't be grouped in with promo/reminder settings...
