E-mail question

I noticed that on the last e-mail I received from Sephora, it had my status listed as VIB, not Rouge.  Could this be why I'm not receiving any messages about Rouge events?

Never mind, I called customer service today and was able to get it clarified.  Thanks for your assistance though! :smileyhappy:
