Disappointed...

 

I just received my Too Faced Ultimate Peach reward and I'm NOT happy. It was my first big reward at 1,000 points and I get sent the wrong one. As I said in the other thread, it was supposed to be monogrammed with my two initials (3 being the maximum) and I get sent one having the name "Crystal" on the mirror which is NOT my name. I'm worried that all of the palettes were mixed up as there were no identification marks on the outside of the boxes. I feel cheated out of my points and disappointed as I gave everyone the benefit of doubt as many people were having issues with various rewards.
