First I just wanted to say that I love Sephora and I have never had a bad experience in a store or shopping online (knock on wood).  I am enjoying almost all aspects of the new web site however I am very, very disappointed in the Shopping List or rather my lack of a Shopping List.

 

I initially contacted FB customer service regarding my issue (old list transferred over and then 1 day later disappeared) and they were super helpful in getting the information and keeping me updated that your developers were looking into the issue and that an update was coming that would hopefully restore my list.  I was told on April 19th that the update was completed and that if my shopping list was not restored that it was likely it would not.  I checked my Shopping List and it was still empty -- I was okay with starting over and figured I'd probably find tons of other stuff while rebuilding :smileyhappy:

 

Well, I went to add an item to my Shopping List and got the little drop down box at the top of the page saying it had been added to my Shopping List but when I clicked on Shopping List it was...empty :smileysad:   I cleared my cookies & cache and tried 3 different browers but no Shopping List anywhere.  I contacted FB customer service again (on April 19th) to report the issue and after the initial "we're sorry and we'll pass it on" I have heard nothing back and still cannot create a Shopping List.

 

I understand that with any major (and even minor) updates there are always some glitches and bumps in the road and customer service response to said glitches and bumps are key.  So, while I love Sephora and appreciate the prompt responses from FB customer service, I am very disappointed that I cannot create a Shopping List that saves.  Will I ever be able to create a functioning Shopping List through Sephora.com?

I'm so sorry for the delay! The shopping list issue is a known situation that is being worked on. While many shopping lists were able to be transferred onto our new site, not all of them were and some clients did lose their shopping list items.  What internet browser are you using? There are few instances of the shopping list not accepting new items and its an issue being worked on.  I really apologize for the inconvenience in this.

Hi Dianabt, thank you so much for the update, it is truly appreciated! I have used IE9, Firefox, and Google Chrome and also tried to access from different computers and IP addresses.
