Deluxe Sample Wasn't in Order

So I just received an order today, but the problem is that I used the promo code for a deluxe sample (I picked the long vial of Balenciaga fragrance).  Unfortunately, it wasn't in the box, though it was listed on my packing slip. I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do about it?  Thanks!
