Cannot complete checkout process

Add me to the list of people who cannot complete an order online. I've read that everything should be up and running but it's not on this end. Any suggestions?

Nothing has worked, not clearing the cache, switching browsers, nor using my phone. I am able to shop on other sites with no problem (Amazon and Bobbi Brown are not having any issues) but Sephora simply refuses to cooperate.
