According to the Sephora US: 

"Sephora U.S. currently ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and to the following international locations: Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom." 

So no, they do not. 😞 (They don't even ship to Australia! How am I supposed to live when I move there??!)
