It seems I'm having the same problem as most people are with the welcome VIB discount code. Every time I enter it, I get the message "Must be a registered VIB and purchase merchandise to qualify. Available on US orders only. Promotion can only be redeemed once per client." I am ordering in the US, and I got the VIB "Don't Forget!" email yesterday after not claiming the discount, so I know I am a VIB. Can someone help?
