what is the use of billing address iam sending a gift for my friend who lives in us so iam wondering if i put the shipping and billing address his location is sephora gonna send him the bill or the price of my order??

Hi Sos45, The billing address is used to verify your payment information. In order to process the order, we need the address that your financial institution has on file.
