Last week, I purchased two items from Sephora and the salesgirl used my email address to pull up my beauty insider account so that I could have points added. I purchased the SEPHORA COLLECTION Super Loaded Age Defy Serum for $32.00 and the SEPHORA COLLECTION Age Defy Eye Cream for $24.00. I made the purchase exactly a week ago and the points still have not been added to my account. Can this be fixed?
