I just wanted to add that you can reach the Customer Service Representatives 7 days a week: Mon-Fri, 6AM to 9PM PST and Sat-Sun, 8AM to 5PM PST.

All your online purchases at Sephora should show up in your Beauty Points bank. If you are having trouble with your points,

if you call them up they should be able to help. i did it once but i had a reciept. im not sure how it would be with an online purchase but once they look up the purchase history you have it should take a matter of minutes.
