I recently made an in-store purchase, but even after waiting some time, my points balance did not update. At the time of purchase, I provided my email account, and was even told that so-and-so points would be added. My receipt also has my Beauty Insider ID printed on it. Please advise.

Hi Melissa,

I'm having the same issue again with my points not updating and at the same location. When I shop at other Sephora locations, this doesn't seem to happen. Is there a way to fix this?
