Beauty Insider Card not scanned, points not credited to my account =(

I made a purchase today at a JC Penny Sephora location, and the lady did not scan my beauty insider card Smiley Sad  Is there a way that I can get those points for my purchase?  My purchase was for over $100

Please check your inbox and reply when you get a chance. You can also call 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) with your receipt information to have the points added by phone.
