Hi,

I registered for a Beauty Insider Card in store and made an account online using the same email and details I gave in store. The problem is is that the two accounts are not connected (both have different number codes) so is it possible to merge the two?

I have this same issue and in store I have achieved VIB status. My online account says I have ZERO points. Same email, not synced :-( please help!
