On 11/19/12, I bought a bottle of NARS Sheer Glow Foundation in Ceylan. Just two days ago, it broke and spilled all over the rest of my makeup and bag. Sadly, there was no foundation left. I was wondering how the return policy applies to this case since I'm too keen on having to buy a whole other bottle since I just bought it so recently. I also believe that I still have the receipt for it.

Sorry to hear that your foundation spilled on your make up bag! This type of situation usually falls outside of our return policy however, we suggest contacting your local Sephora Store and explaining the situation to them and to see if they will be able to accept the return. Thank you.
