I use my phone number in the store and they say that I have points but
when I go into my account I don’t see any points. I think I may have two

Order from early April ……..
If I ordered something at the beginning of the Rouge sale, and it
“shipped” on 4/10, but it still says carrier is waiting on the package,
what exactly is going on? Never had this happen with Sephora.
